Our Process
We listen to your needs, we find your management assistant and we help you create a long-term relationship together.
Our process is divided into three structured and methodical steps.
Step 1: The Intro
1.1 Introductory Meeting
We get introduced to each other during a short and effective 30 minutes meeting.
1.2 Discovery Meeting
We present a possible solution based on our first meeting, but together we agree on a solution that will meet your needs.
Step 2: The Talent
2.1 Initial Screening
We identify and evaluate candidates.
2.2 Relevant Testing
We test the candidates who passed the initial screening with tests that are customized to suit your needs, ensuring a high degree of relevancy.
2.3 Candidate Interview
You interview the candidates who passed the relevant testing and make a decision.
Step 3: The Work
3.1 Guided Onboarding
We guide your assistant through a program that will make them productive for you.
3.2 Repetitive Training
We train your assistant on a regular basis, in order to improve their current skills.
3.3 Personal Care
We truly care about our customers which is why we will go above and beyond to help you out, each and every time.
3.4 Skills Development
We provide your assistant with relevant courses in order to develop their future skills, enabling them to take on more complex tasks for you over time.
Why You Should Have An Assistant
Your work is demanding! Why should you make it harder by doing everything yourself?
Your Challenge
Leaders have more administrative tasks to perform on a daily basis than they can handle. Many leaders become ineffective in finishing their tasks, because they have accumulated over time. Other leaders start to ignore their repetitive tasks, because they are considered to be less important.
The Consequence
Leaders can become bottlenecks if they have not been able to complete their administrative tasks. Many leaders develop a guilty conscience, because they have promised to do but not finished their tasks. Other leaders start to lose the feeling of control, because they are falling behind with their repetitive tasks.
Our Solution
Dividing administrative tasks between an assistant and a leader will enable each to thrive in their roles, but more importantly excel together as an integrated management function. The assistant will handle most of the repetitive tasks whilst the leader can focus on better decision making.
